Ashif Manjothi

 

Ashif qualified as a Certified Chartered Accountant at Lehman Brothers in 2001 and shortly afterwards received his MBA in Strategy whilst working with Orange Mobile Communications. Specialities include working with the board of portfolio companies of private equity businesses including 3i, August Equity, Duke Street Capital, Exponent Private Equity, Perwyn, Lloyds Development Capital, Wyelands Capital, UKGI, Livingbridge Private Equity and Close Brothers Private Equity, typically in a senior finance capacity and supporting them to execute their strategy through a period of change; from acquisition through to sale, IPO preparation and several elements in-between including restructuring and disposals. More recently, Ashif has been working on Value Creation Plans to help identify and execute strategies to improve profitability and ROCE.

In his spare time, Ashif likes to spend time with his family and is a keen footballer as a way to keep fit and socialise.
